Trusted by leading labs and academic hospitals across Europe

TAKE THE EFFORT OUT OF REPORTING

Your lab delivers excellent pharmacogenetic analysis. But translating raw genetic data or star-alleles into clear reports is complex.

Turning a CYP2C19, poor metaboliser with genotype *2/*2, into an accurate dosing recommendation is far from straightforward.

Between calculating metaboliser status, cross-referencing clinical guidelines, and validating drug-gene interactions, each report consumes hours of technicians’ attention. That’s valuable time that could be spent on more lab tests.

HOW IT WORKS

Offer clear dosing guidance and drug interaction warnings without lifting a finger

Three simple steps. Zero operational disruption.

Step 1: You import raw lab data

You can import your lab files in their existing format (VCF/PLINK/CSV/TXT/XLS etc.), or we can connect your system to ours to securely transfer data automatically.

Step 2: We convert it into dosing advice

Sit back as our PGx Dose Support System generates genotyping and phenotyping based on the latest scientific research and medical guidelines from KNMP/DPWG.

Step 3: You get a polished report

We can deliver the results directly to your healthcare client’s EHR, export them to patient apps, or create PDF reports without altering your lab’s IT infrastructure.

Whether you’re analysing one enzyme or 20, you can use our reporting system.

Validated medication guidance your clients can trust to personalise care

Aligned with the latest guidelines

Our system updates whenever KNMP/DPWG guidelines change, so dosing advice is always current to protect patient safety, supported by thousands of studies.

Strict privacy and compliance standards

iGene is ISO-certified and GDPR-compliant, designed for use in healthcare settings. Robust security measures ensure client data remains private at all times.
